Igor became a familiar face to all of Sweden when he appeared as one of the ‘super educators’ in the widely appreciated TV series ‘Class 9A’. Igor has since been hired by a number of schools around Sweden to train and inspire teachers. Igor works on issues such as how to improve communication in the workplace, structure everyday life for increased well-being and reduced stress among the staff and Principal based on developing method of a collaboration that, at the same time, raises the teachers’ energy and increases goal fulfillment.
Igor also coaches principals and supervisors individually regarding how they can uplift and support their staff in a professional, efficient and clear manner, in order to create a school in which both students and teachers thrive and grow.
