Mindfulness for Difficult Situations is a training program designed to increase our ability to handle unpleasant sensations, thoughts and feelings. We learn to face what is frightening and unpleasant in a state of calmness and stability so that we can maintain our focus under pressure.

The purpose of this training program is to gradually increase your ability to maintain calm and stability in difficult situations so that you can make constructive choices, even when life is a bit stormy.
